Description
What It Is
Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump bulk-volume commercial pumping — the high-flow specialist of the 4GPH range
The Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump occupies the high-flow end: maximum volume at moderate depth, with the 3-inch outlet sized specifically for moving large water quantities through standard agricultural piping.
11 kW of brushless permanent-magnet motor power · 52 m³/h peak flow · 32 m³/h sustained at the rated 80 m head · 126 m maximum head reach.
Compared to the deeper-head 4GPH variants (175, 227, 480 m H.Max), this model concedes some depth reach in exchange for substantially higher flow rates. That’s the intentional design priority — Hybsun’s engineers configured this pump for bulk-volume duty, not deep-well lift.
The hybrid platform handles both solar PV input (DC 500-780V) and 380V three-phase AC mains input on the same controller, with automatic switching as PV conditions change. For commercial Cyprus installations where supply continuity matters more than electricity-cost minimization, this is the architecture that delivers 24-hour pumping reliability at scale.
AISI 304 Stainless Steel Construction
Stainless steel wet end — built for high-volume Cyprus duty cycles
Stainless steel components on the Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump: SS oil cylinder, SS outlet, SS connect. The series-standard AISI 304 grade extends through the rest of the wet end (impeller, diffuser, stage casing, jacket, wear ring, strainer).
Why this matters at 11 kW commercial scale: a pump running 6-12 hours/day, 200+ days/year, moves a lot of water through its impellers. Cyprus borehole water typically carries some combination of calcium scale, chloride content (coastal districts), and abrasive sand (variable by site). AISI 304 — the corrosion-resistant grade used in food processing and medical equipment — handles all three without significant degradation across multi-year service.
The shaft is AISI 431, a slightly higher-grade stainless optimized for rotating components. Combined with the AISI 304 wet end, this construction matches the duty profile of an 11 kW pump that has to deliver bulk water flow reliably for years.
11 kW AC/DC brushless permanent-magnet motor
The Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump runs an 11 kW AC/DC brushless permanent-magnet synchronous motor — at the upper end of Hybsun’s 4-inch submersible motor range.
The motor uses centralized winding (coils machine-wound on automatic equipment rather than wound by hand), which delivers higher efficiency than conventional motor constructions. For an 11 kW pump running 1,200+ hours/year on commercial duty, even small efficiency gains compound into significant operating-cost differences.
Mechanical components: NSK Japanese-brand industrial bearings handle the continuous rotation, paired with an alloy mechanical seal and double water seal arrangement keeping the unit fully waterproof through years of submerged operation. The motor’s brushless architecture eliminates the brush wear that limits commutated motor service life.
AC/DC hybrid controller — three-phase capable, IP65, MPPT
The Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump ships with its matched AC/DC hybrid controller in an IP65 enclosure suitable for outdoor mounting in any Cyprus weather condition.
Input handling: 380V three-phase AC mains or DC 500-780V solar PV, with automatic source switching as solar conditions change. MPPT tracking on the solar input maximizes yield across changing irradiance.
Maximum input current: 30 A. The smart-feature set is Hybsun’s hybrid platform standard:
GPRS remote control via web or phone — at 11 kW commercial scale where unattended operation matters more, this is a meaningful operating advantage. Child Lock anti-stealing prevents unauthorized power-up. Intelligent self-cleaning runs programmed reverse cycles to clear fine sediment. Wireless long-distance start/stop eliminates float-switch installations for elevated tanks at hotels and aquaculture facilities.
Three-phase AC backup vs battery bank — why the hybrid topology wins at 11 kW
At 11 kW commercial scale, a battery bank for night-time pumping operation would require 50-100 kWh of storage for meaningful runtime — typically a five-figure investment that often exceeds the pump’s own cost.
The Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump’s hybrid topology uses 380V three-phase AC mains as the backup source instead, leveraging the grid as effectively unlimited storage at zero battery cost. Solar PV during daylight → pump runs from solar. Outside daylight hours → controller automatically draws from three-phase AC.
Practical outcome at 11 kW: uninterrupted 24-hour pumping capability without battery investment. For commercial Cyprus customers — hotels, large irrigation cooperatives, municipal supply networks — this is the architecture that keeps project economics realistic at this power class.
Built-in protection
Soft start (no inrush current damage to the motor), dry-run protection (pump stops if there’s no water, auto-restarts 30 minutes later), over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, overload, phase-loss, high working temperature protection, and adjustable speed (frequency conversion). The controller automatically starts and stops the pump based on solar conditions. For boreholes subject to occasional dry-out, the automated retry function removes the manual reset trip — the pump tests the well itself every 30 minutes.

Who Should Buy This
Is the Hybsun 4GPH11-126/52 the right well pump for you?
The Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump’s high-flow envelope fits these Cyprus commercial profiles:
Large agricultural cooperatives (10-20 hectare drip)
Nicosia plain and Larnaca region farms running shared irrigation networks. 52 m³/h peak supports a full hectare of drip per hour at typical 2-3 bar pressure.
Resort hotels & large agritourism
Limassol coastal resorts and Paphos large agritourism complexes with 80-200+ rooms. Peak morning and evening showers can hit 25-40 m³/h — the Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump's envelope handles those peaks without straining.
Aquaculture & food processing
Trout and sea-bass operations across Cyprus needing 200-400 m³/day for tank water turnover. Food processing facilities needing reliable bulk supply for production cycles.
Municipal & community water networks
Small Cyprus municipalities (200-500 residents) and village water cooperatives in the Famagusta region — bulk supply through standard 3" pipework matches existing infrastructure.
All 4GPH models share the same Hybsun hybrid platform — MPPT controller, NSK bearings, IP65 protection, function protection set, 2-year warranty. They differ only in rated power and the flow-vs-head trade-off. Compare the 4GPH lineup:
Hybsun 4GPH5.5-120/38 (mid-tier) — 5.5 kW · 38 m³/h · 120 m head · 2" outlet · medium-commercial pumping
Hybsun 4GPH11-126/52 (highest flow) — 11 kW · 52 m³/h · 126 m head · 3" outlet · large irrigation, hotels, municipal
Hybsun 4GPH11-175/38 (deep wells) — 11 kW · 38 m³/h · 175 m head · 2" outlet · deeper Paphos and Famagusta boreholes
Hybsun 4GPH11-227/28 (very deep) — 11 kW · 28 m³/h · 227 m head · 2" outlet · mountain districts, Pitsilia
Hybsun 4GPH11-480/12 (extreme pressure) — 11 kW · 12 m³/h · 480 m head · 1.5" outlet · industrial, mining
Hybsun 6SCSH17/5-3 (6-inch borehole) — 3 kW · 24 m³/h · 55 m head · 3" outlet · 6" borehole class
PV array sizing — 11 kW pump means ≥ 14.3 kWp array
Hybsun’s standard sizing rule: ≥ 1.3 × pump power in PV.
For the 11 kW Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump → minimum 14,300 Wp (≥ 14.3 kWp), typically 36-40 modern 400 W modules. Most commercial installs land in the 16-20 kWp range for partial-shade headroom and end-of-life panel degradation tolerance.
PV string voltage: the controller’s MPPT input window is 500-780 V Vmp, Voc < 800 V. For 11 kW pumps at this voltage envelope, careful string design matters — Cyprus summer-heat Voc rise can push poorly-designed strings past the 800V limit. CGP Solar handles string sizing per project.
For 24/7 hybrid operation with reliable three-phase AC backup, sizing to minimum 1.3× is sufficient. For sites with marginal grid reliability, oversizing to 1.5-1.8× provides extra solar headroom and reduces AC backup runtime hours.
How much water can the Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump lift in a Cyprus day?
The Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump datasheet publishes a continuous performance curve from 52 m³/h at zero head down to zero flow at 126 m H.Max. The table below transcribes the curve at standard head intervals — direct readings from the manufacturer’s graph, not interpolations.
“Total dynamic head” = static water level depth + pipe friction losses + vertical rise to your discharge tank. The 3-inch outlet on this model keeps friction losses low in the rising main, but surface pipework downstream has to be sized for 30-50 m³/h flow to avoid bottlenecking the pump.

“Total dynamic head” = static water level depth + pipe friction losses + vertical rise to your discharge tank. Pipe friction in the rising main adds roughly 5-10m to the effective head — the exact figure depends on pipe diameter, total run length, and number of fittings.
Putting those flow numbers into commercial water-demand context for the Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump:
Hectare-scale drip irrigation at scale: 20-hectare mixed-crop irrigation network at 30-50 m³/day per hectare = 600-1,000 m³/day — well within the Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pumps 24h hybrid capability at typical Cyprus borehole depths
Large hotel water systems: 150-300 room Limassol or Paphos resort uses 200-500 m³/day · with peak morning/evening demand of 25-40 m³/h — the Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump's 52 m³/h max handles those peaks with headroom
Aquaculture turnover: trout/sea-bass facility with 500-1,500 m³ tank volume needs 200-600 m³/day for turnover rates of 10-50% per day depending on stock density
Municipal village supply: village of 300-500 residents uses 80-200 m³/day total — the Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump covers this with significant supply margin
For an exact sizing calculation, send CGP Solar your static water level, expected drawdown, pipe run length, storage tank height, and daily water demand — we’ll work it out against the curve.
What makes the Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump different from a generic high-flow submersible
Full AISI 304 stainless steel wet end
Three structural differences distinguish the Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump from generic 11 kW submersible pumps:
The 3-inch outlet is the design priority. Other 11 kW 4GPH variants (175, 227, 480 m H.Max) use 2″ or 1.5″ outlets — designed for higher pressures at lower flows. The Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump’s 3″ outlet specifically targets bulk water transfer through standard agricultural and municipal piping. For high-volume Cyprus duty (large irrigation, hotels, aquaculture), this is the matched configuration.
Hybrid topology with three-phase capability. Most 11 kW submersibles run from one power source — pure three-phase AC or pure DC solar. The Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump handles both seamlessly, switching automatically as PV conditions change. Critical for 24-hour commercial supply without battery investment.
Full stainless steel wet end matched to Cyprus water. Generic Chinese-market 11 kW submersibles often use mixed-metal or coated-steel construction that doesn’t survive Cyprus borehole conditions long-term. The Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump’s AISI 304 wet end (SS oil cylinder, SS outlet, SS connect on the datasheet, series-standard AISI 304 elsewhere) handles calcium, chloride, and abrasive sand without degradation.
NSK bearings · alloy mechanical seal · double water seal
Same rotating hardware quality as the rest of the Hybsun premium range: NSK industrial bearings (the Japanese-brand bearings used as a standard across continuous-duty pumping equipment) pair with an alloy mechanical seal, and a dual water seal arrangement keeps the pump body sealed against ingress over years of commercial submerged duty. Hybsun captures the design intent in its datasheet as “offering the longer working life”.
Soft-start — eliminates the 50-65 kW inrush spike
Without soft-start, an 11 kW motor switched directly to mains draws an inrush current spike of 50-65 kW momentarily at startup — five times pump nominal power for fractions of a second.
On grid-tied installations, that spike trips nearby breakers and stresses the entire supply infrastructure. On the pump itself, repeated inrush cycles accelerate bearing and seal wear. Soft-start ramps motor speed up gradually instead, eliminating the spike entirely. For commercial Cyprus sites with sensitive equipment on the same supply, this is structural rather than optional.
30-minute auto-restart dry-run protection
At 52 m³/h peak flow, the Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump can draw down a marginal-recharge well faster than the aquifer replenishes. Without protection, running dry would destroy the impeller and motor seals in minutes.
Hybsun’s controller handles this autonomously: pump stops automatically when drawdown exceeds supply, attempts a restart after 30 minutes. If the well has recovered, pumping resumes; if not, the cycle repeats. No service call needed, no risk of damage. For Cyprus commercial sites where well recharge varies with season, this protection alone justifies the hybrid controller architecture.

How CGP Solar installs the Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump
A typical Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump commercial install runs 6-9 working days end-to-end — engineered project work at 11 kW commercial scale.
Stage 1 — site assessment (2-3 days). Well depth measurement, static and dynamic water levels, 4-inch casing diameter verification with structural integrity check through full pump-set depth, recharge testing for sustained 30-50 m³/h drawdown, three-phase 380V AC mains capacity verification (11 kW backup load is significant), PV array siting evaluation (16-20 kWp typical footprint).
Stage 2 — engineering & quotation (3-4 days). We size the solar array against operational water demand, design the three-phase controller wiring, specify rising-main pipe diameter for the 30-50 m³/h sustained flow envelope, and coordinate the borehole capacity calculations.
Stage 3 — install (1-2 days on site). Pump deployment on rising-main with safety cable through the 4-inch casing (typically 1 day at medium depths), PV array erection (1-2 days for 16-20 kWp), three-phase controller mounting and wiring to both solar PV and 380V AC inputs (same day), commissioning with both power sources active.
CGP Solar handles end-to-end across Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca, and the Famagusta region.
Ready to put your large Cyprus irrigation site, hotel complex, or municipal supply network on an 11 kW solar + three-phase hybrid pump?
CGP Solar specifies, supplies and installs the Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump across all five Cyprus districts as project-engineered work — Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca, and the Famagusta region.
Engagement scope: full borehole survey with 4-inch casing structural verification, optional water-quality testing, three-phase electrical capacity confirmation, PV array sizing (typical 16-20 kWp), pump deployment on rising-main with safety cable, hybrid controller wiring to both solar and three-phase AC inputs, and full commissioning under both power sources.
Bulk water demand + bright Cyprus sunshine + three-phase reliability + Hybsun 4GPH11-126/52 = 52 m³/h on tap whenever the irrigation cycle, the hotel water demand, or the aquaculture turnover calls for it.

FAQ’s
Most asked questions
about Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump
Hybsun specifies Q.Max 52 m³/h at zero head, H.Max 126 m at zero flow, with the rated point at 32 m³/h sustained at 80 m head (the guaranteed minimum at the published rated point).
The published performance curve is reasonably flat at the high-flow end — the pump delivers ~45 m³/h at 40 m head and ~33 m³/h at 80 m. That’s the high-volume sweet spot. Beyond 100 m head, flow drops faster: ~25 m³/h at 100 m, ~12 m³/h at 120 m.
For boreholes deeper than 126 m, step up to the 4GPH11-175/38 (same 11 kW, reaches 175 m at the cost of some flow). For mid-size demand at moderate depth, the 4GPH5.5-120/38 covers 38 m³/h at 5.5 kW.
Practical working depth extends comfortably to about 100 m, where the Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump still delivers around 18 m³/h (≈108 m³/day on a 6-hour solar day, ≈432 m³/day with 24h AC backup operation).
Efficient operating zone: 40-80 m head, with flow staying between 23 and 32 m³/h. For boreholes deeper than 120 m, step up to the 4GPH11-175/38 (175 m head reach, 38 m³/h Q.Max). For shallower wells needing similar flow but lower power, consider the 4UPH2200 (2.2 kW, 15 m³/h, 105 m head).
The outlet size matches the model’s hydraulic priority. The Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump is configured for maximum flow rate at moderate head, where the 3-inch outlet keeps friction losses low at 30-50 m³/h sustained flow.
The other 11 kW variants (175 m, 227 m, 480 m H.Max) trade flow for depth — they’re configured for high-pressure operation at lower flows, where a 2″ or 1.5″ outlet is appropriate.
Practical implication: if you size the surface piping for the Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump, plan for 3″ pipe runs from the wellhead to your tank/manifold. Undersized surface pipework at 2″ would cost you 15-25m of effective head at peak flow due to friction losses.
Hybsun’s standard sizing rule: ≥ 1.3 × pump power in PV.
For the 11 kW Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump → minimum 14,300 Wp (≥ 14.3 kWp), typically 36-40 modern 400 W modules. Most commercial installs land in the 16-20 kWp range for partial-shade headroom and end-of-life panel degradation tolerance.
PV string voltage: the controller’s MPPT input window is 500-780 V Vmp, Voc < 800 V. For 11 kW pumps at this voltage envelope, careful string design matters — Cyprus summer-heat Voc rise can push poorly-designed strings past the 800V limit. CGP Solar handles string sizing per project.
The Hybsun 4GPH11-126-52 hybrid high-speed well pump built with SS oil cylinder, SS outlet, SS connect. The series-standard AISI 304 grade extends through the rest of the wet end — impeller, diffuser, stage casing, jacket, wear ring, strainer.
Shaft is AISI 431, the stainless grade optimized for rotating-duty loads.
At 11 kW commercial scale moving 30-50 m³/h sustained, the wet-end materials matter more than at residential pump scale — sand, calcium, and chloride content in Cyprus borehole water are abrasive at high flow rates. AISI 304 is the matched construction tier.
The 4GPH11-126/52 controller accepts 380V three-phase AC on the backup input — standard three-phase European supply. Most Cyprus commercial properties already have three-phase service; rural agricultural sites typically have either single-phase 230V or three-phase 380V depending on location and load.
If your site has only single-phase service available, three-phase is usually achievable via a service upgrade from EAC — typically a 2-4 week process and a fixed installation fee. At 11 kW pump scale, three-phase service is essentially required regardless of pump model.
The controller’s phase-loss protection function automatically shuts the pump down if one of the three phases drops out, preventing motor damage from unbalanced supply.
Hybsun’s standard 2-year manufacturer warranty. The pump series is CE-certified for EU/Cyprus sale. Hybsun’s manufacturing facility holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. The AC/DC hybrid controller carries an IP65 rating — dust-tight and pressurized-water-jet protected — suitable for outdoor weather-exposed mounting, pump-house installation, or industrial environment placement at commercial Cyprus sites.
